Faegan’s pub food is prepared with fresh ingredients are sourced locally & regionally to support our CNY economy and offer the finest quality for a reasonable price. We offer bread from local “favorites” Harrison Bakery & Patisserie in Skaneateles. We serve chicken which is hormone-free & naturally raised, and we utilize beef from Midwest farms which has been grain-fed and aged for 30 days. Our Salmon (also hormone-free) is harvested in the pristine Canadian waters of the Bay of Fundy. Faegan’s menu updates seasonally, and we introduce a variety salad greens, fruits & vegetables as they become available.
